The Illumi-Naughtie Occult Burlesque presents an evening of raucous revelry and holiday horrors , with your favorite creepy Christmas creatures, featuring Krampus, Mari Lywd, Frau Perchta, and more!

Join us for our yearly celebration of the Longest Night at the Ritual Rhythms Creative Studio in Rogers Park. We’ll have a magickal evening with a drum jam, community ritual, bardic circle, and potluck!
Yule is the celebration of the Winter Solstice, where the dark transitions into the light, when the veils are thin, when spirits of all kinds are alight. Our ritual will be a sacred enactment of an ancient story in which the light returns to the people.
Bring your drums, your acoustic instruments, a poem, story, song or a performance of any kind to share, as well as a dish for our banquet table.
Doors open at 6:30
7pm – drum jam
8pm – community ritual
8:30 – bardic circle

Our monthly first Friday drum jam at the Ritual Rhythms Creative Studio. Bring your drums, percussion, acoustic instruments, flow toys, and your dancing bodies to the studio and we’ll jam out for a few hours!
$10 suggested donation.
Saturday, Nov. 1, 7pm – All Souls Night.
Our yearly celebration of the Samhain season, with ritual, live music and dance. Featuring Only the Middle with Ultra-Violet Archer, Secrets of the Beehive, and dancers Stacy, Carolina, and Kitty Khaos! Reserve your seat here!
Saturday, October 11, 9:30 pm – The Occult Cabaret at the Newport Theater
The Illumi-Naughtie return to the Newport Theater with their annual fall show. The Occult Cabaret will take you on a journey to the unknown, titillating and educating audiences on the secrets of the occult! Featuring Vivian Meretrix, Sio Bast, Frann Fatale, Emerald Ivy, Alystair Calloway, CanDeStroy, and Cicada Greene. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $45 for VIP. Friday, October 10, 7pm – An Evening of Divine Feminine Indulgence
An evening of indulgence. An invitation to connect. A love letter from Aphrodite herself. We gather for healing sound bath, sensual movement, indulgent snacks, and intentional community as we allow our Divine Feminine to play. We come together to witness and be witnessed in a magical evening of celebration. Bring an item for our class altar, adorn yourself, and allow yourself to receive. Divine Feminine Indulgence is a collaboration between The Grounded Goddess (@groundedgoddess) and Lo Ca (@windycitywitches).

Saturday, May 3 – Drum Jam and Beltane Ritual. 7-9:30. Join us to raise energy for our Beltane celebration! Led by your hosts, Jason and Vivian, we will express the season’s fertility through music and dance! Drum jam at 7pm, ritual at 8:30.

To celebrate the Irish Pagan holiday of Imbolc, we will gather for an original community ritual by your Ritual Rhythms Chicago crew, with drums and music, as well as group participation. All ages. Bring a dish for our table and/or suggested donation of $10.
