Ritual Rhythms Creative Studio is an intimate, eclectic dance studio space housed in the multicultural neighborhood of Rogers Park in Chicago.
We welcome artists of all forms to use our space for their creative outlets.
Our dance space is approximately 31’ by 10’ and can comfortably accommodate 10-15 people for a dance or yoga class. We have a raised stage for performances, 10.5 ft long by 6.5 ft deep. We also have 25 folding chairs for an audience or workshop participants. There are mirrors on 3 sides of the room, a bathroom, a utility closet, and a speaker that is compatible with both Bluetooth or a 3.5mm headphone jack. We also have a full sound system with 2 microphones and stands and stage lighting available for events for an additional fee.
Ritual Rhythms Creative Studio is not fully wheelchair accessible, as there are a few stairs that lead down into the dance space, as well as a raised platform. But we can accommodate individuals with special needs.
Rental terms
Special for New Renters!
$40 for your first two hours of rentals. $10 off! Register below!
Regular rental rates start at $25/hour and must be booked for at least an hour. However, if you are doing a public event, you must book for at least a half hour prior and a half hour after the event to allow for arrivals and departures.
Weekend event rentals: We have a flat rate of $120 for an evening rental on Friday or Saturday (6pm-10pm).
The aforementioned rate is for use of the studio space, Bluetooth speaker, and facilities only. There is an additional $50 charge for use of lighting equipment and/or sound system. If you are teaching a class or hosting an event, we also provide marketing and administrative/payment services for a nominal fee. For more information, contact drum@ritualrhythmschicago.com

Consider a monthly membership for discounted rental fees and other perks!
We offer monthly studio memberships for renters and teachers. Memberships allow you to use the studio and flexibly schedule your hours. Hours can be used for private rehearsals, or for scheduling classes, workshops, and events. As part of your membership, RRCS will handle your class registrations, payments, and promotion in exchange for 25% total registration fees for one time events, 20% total registration fees for recurring classes.
Tier 1 – $60 (up to 4 hrs of studio time a month)
Tier 2 – $90 (up to 6 hrs of studio time a month)
Tier 3 – $120 (up to 8 hrs of studio time a month)
*Membership rates only available for 2+ consecutive months membership.
